　　（一）外观及工作正常性检查 16 送检仪器应带有附件、说明书和前次检定证书。 17 被检仪器应无影响仪器正常工作及读数的机械损伤。旋钮转动灵活，波段开关跳步清晰，定位正确，电表的机械零件正常可调。 18 接通电源后，仪器应能正常工作。按仪器说明书规定预热后，将失真仪的不平衡输人端并接仪器说明书规定的电阻。“工作开关”置于 “电压”位置。改变 “衰减器”开关和 “分压器”开关到最灵敏挡位置，检查并记录被检失真仪电压表的固有噪声指示值，应小于仪器说明书的规定值。然后将 “工作开关”置于 “失真度”位置，将校准电位器置于最大位置，相位电位器置于可调范围的中间位置。在规定频率范围内由低到高或由高到低改变频率，检查不同频率的失真测量固有噪声指示值，尤其注意 50 Hz， 100 Hz和200 Hz附近。记录最大固有噪声指示值，应小于仪器说明书的规定值。 （二）不平衡电压表的检定 19 不平衡电压表基本误差和频率附加误差的检定，按照 “电子电压表检定规程”（JJG 250-1990）进行 （频率附加误差的检定按 JJG 250-1990图 2连接仪器）。 20 电压表波形附加误差的检定
