描述

SLM6800-5V输入双串锂电池平衡充电器

两串或多串锂电池的充电和平衡一直很麻烦。可以不分平衡直接高压充电，也可以用独立的充电器串联充电。这是一个更麻烦的做法。

SLM6800是一款可以直接输入5V升压给2串锂电池充电的芯片。内置mos可以有效降低外接设备和成本。

添加HY2213平衡芯片。给两串锂电池充电（电池本身需要配对）时，能给出最大的电压平衡。

SLM6800是用于5V适配器的两节同步升压电流电路。它是一款采用全集成功率MOS器件的同步升压转换器，开关频率为750KHz，因此充电效率高达92%，最大可支持1.5A的充电电流。

SLM6800 包括完整的充电终止电路、自动充电和预设充电电压，准确度为 8.4V 的 ±1%。它集成了防回填保护、输出短路保护、芯片和电池温度保护等多种功能。

SLM6800可以适配适配器的电流供应能力，保证输入适配器不会过载，因此适用于各种直流设备和标准USB充电设备。

SLM6800 集成 20V 功率 MOSFET。最高可耐20V电压，集成欠压和过压保护功能，可靠性高，无需额外的防浪涌或过压保护装置。

SLM6800采用小型化QFN4x4-16L封装，节省PCB面积。
