PIC16LF1825 1.8V规格的VDD错误?

嗨,在我的电路PIC16LF1825不运行,程序,或调试时,供电到1.845 V的VDD!芯片停止或特写(特别是I2C)不再工作在较低的电压。规范说,芯片将运行在1.8V,但我得到不稳定的行为(在调试器和独立运行),问题仍然存在,直到我增加VDD电压为1.9伏或更大!是的,我有芯片上的旁路帽。还有其他人看过吗?(这些芯片中有两个这样做)数据表规格是否在X8设备上工作在1.8V?感谢任何经验/信息。

    Hi,
The PIC16LF1825 in my circuit does not run, program, or debug when powered to 1.845 V for Vdd! The chip halts or perpherals (particularly I2C) no longer work at the lower voltage. The spec says the chip will operate at 1.8V but I get erratic behaviour (in the debugger and when running independently) and problems remain until I increase Vdd voltage to 1.9 V or greater!
Yes I have bypass caps on the chip.

Has anyone else seen this? (two of these chips do this).

Is the datasheet spec wrong about XLP devices actually working at 1.8V?

Thanks for any experience/info.

    What frequency are you using?  At 1.8v, you're limited to 16 MHz Fosc.
 
Please give the value(s) of the bypass caps, their ESRs, and an estimate of the distance from the caps to the MCU.
 
What device(s) is(are) connected to the I2C lines?  It might be those devices (or their caps) that are the issue w/ I2C.
 
Finally, how are you measuring the 1.845 volts?  A change of 0.045 volts is only about 2.44%.
