Let me know the following information:
- What are the Intel Unite® versions on the server hub and client
- What kind of certificate is being used?
- Is the certificate installed on the HUB?
- What is the model of the HUB?
- Could you run the following command on the command prompt to create a log file form the Intel Unite® client? Please attach the log file to the thread.
"intel unite launcher.exe" /debug >log_output.txt
Once the .TXT file is created save it to your desktop, attach it by using the option on the lower right corner “attach”.
