PLC系统供电应该如何选择

　　问： 目前要画份图纸，涉及到给PLC 系统供电，要在现场取一个AC220V 。

　　系统本身通过SITOP 将AC220V 转换为DC24V ，S7-300输入模块为交流AC220V 输入， 编号为6ES7321-1FH00-0AA0 ；

　　现场提供的AC220V ，是从某个电机主回路的L1 、L2 、L3、N（AC380V ）中取了一个L 和N 组成AC220V 提供给我们的设备；

　　请问： 1·根据这种情况，是否需要针对现场提供的AC220V ，添加什么保护设备，对该供电进行处理呢？

　　2·直接把现场提供的AC220V 电压，引入PLC 交流输入模块可以吗？

　　答：从电气设计及使用安全角度看，是不允许直接使用现场提供的AC220 电压，尤其给PLC 及其信号模块供电；直接把现场AC220V 引入PLC 交流输入模块是很危险的， 必须使用隔离变压器；

　　按照我们瑞士和德国的设备的电气箱PLC 控制系统设计看， 一般正常的电气设计时都要采用隔离变压器把3X380VAC 变成220VAC，一方面提供220VAC 给SITOP 电源，另一方面提供给AC220V AC 的输入模块； 同时每路都要加一个空气开关，起到隔离和短路保护，另外把每个空气开关的一个常闭副触头串起来提供给PLC 的输入信号模块， 提示空气开关正常用； 比较好的设计时， 进线3X380V AC 后面较好加一个噪声滤波器，防止高频干扰；
