使用VC6.0实现微机与多个51单片机通信的详细资料说明

　　本文介绍了利用VC6.0 语言的通信控件实现微机与多个MCS-51 单片机之间的通信。 给出了系统设计和通信协议。 本系统在工业控制中具有广泛的代表性，可以进行改进推广。

　　在工业控制应用系统中，经常要组成以微机为上位机和单片机为下位机的通信网络，两者一般通过RS-232 或RS-485 串行接口进行通信。 在Windows9x/2000 下，用VC6.0 开发上位机的监控软件，具有界面美观大方，使用简单方便等优点。 此类应用软件开发中，如何实现微机与单板机之间的串行通信是设计的关键之一。 本文利用VC6.0 提供的MSComm 通信控件编写VC 程序，完成了微机与单片机之间的RS-232串行口通信，达到了工业运用中开发Windows 工控软件的实用要求.

　　我们设计了一个机床刀架位置监控系统，实现了微机与多台单片机的串行通信，图1 给出了上位机与单片机通信示意图。其中，单片机组成的下位机可同时实时地监控多台步进电机的转速，检测机床刀架系统的工作位置，及时将刀架的运动状态反馈给上位微机。 上位机通过串行口得到系统的工作情况后，通过用户界面反映出来，同时根据设定的参数指示下位机作出相应的反应，控制步进电机按预定的程序运转。

　　图2 给出了单片机与步进电机接口部分电路。 其中，外部中断0 检测传感器从而产生中断。 RxD、TxD 用于与上位机通信。 步进电机是与丝杠螺母相连的，而丝杠螺母是用来驱动机床刀架系统的，从而实现了单片机对刀架系统的控制.
