MCU200T UPLOAD无法运行怎么解决？

编译主机：Ubuntu16.04 x64
开发板：MCU200T
软件工具:Nuclei-SDK
使用NucleiStudio2022的toolChain。
我想要在板子上运行helloworld遇到问题,upload完后没有输出。
板子上电会输出打印，说明串口没有问题。
make run_opencd没有问题，JTAG连接正常。

执行命令编译和运行:
make SOC=evalsoc BOARD=nuclei_FPGA_eval DOWNLOAD=ilm CORE=n205 upload

感觉问题出在这里

我不清楚是不是编译参数错了还是什么，对SOC/BOARD/CORE理解不透彻。还请老师们帮忙解答。
