为什么linux下烧写fs_qtopia.jffs2时出错？

在虚拟机上烧写fs_qtopia.jffs2为何出现上面情况？怎么解决啊？

电路连接的对，文件也对，不论nor flash或nand flash,烧写u-boot时都能烧写进去，直到这一步时出错，为什么？怎么解决？
