its very easy - try reinstall with the tool: setup_mplabx_plugin.exe
Or go in the MPLABX to the menu item: tools - options - building tools -> and search for the CCS compiler "Add", or "Add custom compiler" -- one of this will work.
Or if was installed with the mplabx_plugin you'll find this immediately with a message eg "new installed compiler".
You can also search for manually by register the given folders.
Then you can mark your compiler as default compiler.
