使用u*** jtag电缆进行jtagging时出错

在进行以前的帖子，答案和服务包之前，经过详细的搜索，研究和RnD，我无法解决这个jtag问题。
任何遇到此问题的人都可以告诉解决方案。
我收到IDCODE不匹配错误。

    Before getting to previous posts, answers and Service packs, after eloborate search,study and RnD, i couldnt solve this jtag issue. can anyone who encountered this issue tell the solution of this. i am getting IDCODE mismatch error.
