NUC7i3BNK Windows 10安装挂起

我有一个8 GB RAM的NUC7i3BNK和一个三星960 EVO SSD。
我想在其上安装Windows 10 Home。
安装正常启动，然后卡在“准备安装文件（％52）”中。

1）我使用今天下载的Windows Media Creation工具创建可启动的USB记忆棒
2）我对最新版本执行了F7 BIOS更新（今天下载）
3）我试了5次（也用不同的棍子），安装总是以相同的百分比停止（52％）
4）我能够正确安装Ubuntu，所以我认为硬件没问题
有没有办法（例如日志文件）找出失败的原因？
它必须是非常具体而非随机的东西。

I  have a NUC7i3BNK with 8 GB RAM and a Samsung 960 EVO SSD. I want to install Windows 10 Home on it.
The installation starts properly but then gets stuck at 'Getting files ready for installation (%52)'.

Additional information:

1) I used the Windows Media Creation tool downloaded today for creating a bootable USB stick
2) I performed an F7 BIOS Update to the newest version (downloaded today)
3) I tried 5 times (also with different sticks) and the installation always stops at the same percentage (52%)
4) I was able to install Ubuntu properly, so I assume that the hardware is ok

Is there a way (e.g. a log file) to find out the reason for this failure? It must be something very specific and not random. Does this percentage value trigger any guesses?
