You can just go to the directory where the ISE Design Suite have been installed. Then ran the 'sg_config.exe', in this case you can select your matlab. For example, D:Xilinx10.1DSP_Toolscommonbinsg_config.exe

I can't find a "sg_config.exe" file anywhere on my system. 
 
What's weird is that in the C:Program FilesMatlab2006atoolbox directory, there is a Xilinx directory, but the Xilinx blockset isn't available in the Simulink LIbrary Browser. So, perhaps the question I should be asking is how to re-install the Xilinx blockset?

Sorry, there isn't an sg_config.exe anywhere on the system, nor is there a DSP_Tools directory. Are you sure this is supposed to be right for 8.2i? I would imagine there is something similar in functionality for the older software, but perhaps it's in a different place?
