Yes, at the moment, USB and BLE are in separate PSoC 6 MCU lines. But we do have plans to have a PSoC 6 MCU with BLE and USB support, look out for this MCU towards the end of this year 2018. Regarding the prototyping kit, we are considering it, or a Pioneer kit.
