On Infiniium scopes, in general, stored data (including .bin) is loaded into a memory waveform. Depending on the SW version, you can do things like right-click on the waveform to get access to the scaling controls, or use a pull-down menu for the same things. On some versions you can attach, for instance, the m1 waveform to the Channel 1 controls so turning the vertical knobs will do vertical scaling.
