烧写u-boot到NAND Flash

哪款芯片？你的资料是哪获取的？据我所知，TI提供的SDK里的工具一般都是全的，你可到www.ti.com上从相应的产品网页下载最新的SDK。

我的意思是通过串口，将U-boot烧写到Nand Flash中，我们用的NAND flash是并行的（8位），不是serial，也不是SPI的
